How a commission works

Consultation

Bring a reference, a stone, or nothing at all. We take the brief in the studio or over the phone, by appointment, and quote before any work begins.

Design

We draw the piece in CAD and send photoreal renders, revised until they match what you asked for. CAD design is from £300. The fee is non-refundable, and it is credited to the commission if you go ahead.

Making

Made in platinum or gold, three to four weeks from your approval of the CAD design.

Handover

Collect from the studio, or we ship fully insured and signed for. Any stone certificate comes with the piece.

At our bench inside The Goldsmiths’ Centre in Hatton Garden, we design engagement rings, wedding rings and fine jewellery to your brief, one commission at a time. Every diamond is conflict-free, with natural stones sourced under the Kimberley Process, and each is chosen to your brief.

Inside The Goldsmiths’ Centre

Our bench is at Unit 1.02, 42 Britton Street. Casting and stone setting go to specialist workshops, and each piece we make comes back here to be finished by hand. Above the legal exemption weight, it is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

What clients ask us first

Where do prices start?

Bespoke engagement rings start from £2,000. Most clients commission in the £3,000 to £12,000 range. Larger commissions are quoted individually, and some go well beyond £20,000. Settings start from £910, and the diamond is sized to your budget and preferences. Initial consultations are complimentary and without obligation.

How long does a bespoke ring take to make?

Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from the moment you approve the CAD design. The first consultation to CAD approval usually takes 7 to 10 days.

Do I need an appointment to visit the studio?

Yes. We work by appointment so we can give you our full attention. Bookings are usually available within 48 hours. Ask for a time online, or call or WhatsApp us.
